98 bonneville problem
any help greatly appreciated.98 bonneville with good blower motor(I ran 12 volts to it)can't get any speeds from using fan switch.Only getting 1.8 volts thru harness when turned on.30amp AC fuse is good.Could relay be bad?How do you check a relay?Does anyone know exactly which relay it is?thanks in advance.

Thanks,mike.Since I posted,i replaced the resistor(called a Blower motor control module)on cars with digital read-out AC.Fan now works,but can,t get heat out of it(suspect intake manifold gasket).Will let you know how I come out.

FYI did my 94 today. Got it out of a junk yard. Same problem. You have to take the underhood fuse block assembly off and it is under that. Two pluga and 4 7mm screws. Junk yard part was 10.00 bucks. NADA was $175.00 easy fix. 30 miuItes.
