Not sure. Someone posted it here. It might be from a TV commercial or a music video?.

I do pretty well for myself these days, nice house, everything paid for, no worries. I have a LOT of friends I grew up with in Tenn. that live like that. They are as happy as any man can be, and have as much I as do in what counts. A house that keeps the rain out, a good wife, some young'uns, a decent yard.

Don't diss these folks, they are the salt of the earth and many would give you the shirt off their back while people with much more than them wouldn't give you the time of day. These are the guys that pickup the garbage, fight the wars, build the houses, clean out the sewers ... they are more often than not, very good people.
I've got enough sense to know ... there but for the grace of God go I.

Who originally posted this pic and where did it come from? Somebody has to know who this guy is or was. We NEED to know. He really could be Monza, 30 years later....Salt of the earth, no doubt, but also borderline bad-ass!

Pic was either from an eBay ad, or a Craigslist ad, about 10-12 years ago.

Considering the Pontiac model name LeMans gets it's spelling butchered nearly everyday as lemans or Lemans, the misspelling was actually quite amusing.

Pretty sure the Potiac Lamnas was being advertised on eBay, back in the days when the 'bay was much better with lower fees and great deals could still be had.

Lamnas guy is probably laughing at us, livin' the simple low to no-stress life with a cold one in his hand.

last, can't prove it, but just don't believe the small building in the background is his "house" ...the partial view appears more like a pump house, a brooder house, or a shed.

I just had to revive this.....it's too good to be buried. After watching Street Outlaws a few times recently, I am CONVINCED that this is, indeed, a young Monza. Everything checks....height, build, hair, eyes, nose, etc. I think it has to be him. We need to get a photo of this over to Extinct Make for verification.....Just sayin'..........

Ahhhhh yes, the rare "Husky and Starch LeMnas" option.

I believe this was the precursor to The prototype "ET", later changed to "The Judge" option that came a year later in 69................................................

Brad, the Judge option started in 1968. Remember?

This thread brought me joy once again! Thank you!

Yup, Lamnas guy is the less Spanish version of the Dos Equis guy.

OPH, I am thoroughly guilty of the Lemans mispelling. It is a choice to conserve keystrokes by eliminating the shift key on the "m". Less repetitive motion reduces the risk of a CTD injury!

I am all about safety, even if it's one click at a time ;-)
