Only if you bring the same ramp the Olympic skiers use for the long jump. Of course, knowing me it will look more like the footage from the "agony of defeat" clip...

If I can get Ken to adjust my Cal trac's I might run a 10.20 @ 134
I tried to adjust 'em myself, but couldn't get enough weight in the drivers seat. I had Paula, the Dog and a stack of phone books but it wasn't enough...

Then Karen's will be too small as she uses mine. Mine Has the current NHRA inspect.

Might just get one and have it. Never know when ya get a ride on a bike.

Dave.................... quit eating those Oversize Cream filled Oatmeal cookies. I put Karen in there, tell her she weighs near what I do (pick myself up off the floor, LOL) and add 50lbs of Barbells

I dunno, I put Trish in the driver's seat, set the CalTracs and the car goes straight down the track with me in it. Must be my muscular, young, fit body.

If we get enough interest maybe into the next year I might see if we can do a Pontiac get together.......... within a race T & T deal at BMP.

Offer some prizes/money/ Pontiac gift certs for

Best R.T.???
Put your dial in on a sheet near the end of the day and see who Runs closest to their dial in?

Other ideas?

Did "they" test fit you?
Just check'n cause a loose fit is dangerous.
It should be snug enough that you cant move your head around inside it.

Weather Update:

No rain SO FAR today, we might get some racing in yet. I hear everyone withing 250 miles will be there and it sounds like a bunch of Pro Mods and 7 second bikes will be there also. Tony told me today the gates open at 3 pm (makes sense with the Pro Mods showing up, been renting the track for the last two days at least) but I did NOT get in touch with the Operations Manager so there you go.

Dunno if I will make it, waiting for the rubber bands and glue to dry.

Weather Update:

Same as today and it still hasn't rained:

http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/...ekday=Saturday

One more fuel problem to fix and a thrash tomorrow and I ought to make it. Otherwise I'll just be running the limo service to the Underwood Motel.
