I'll try and get some video and pics up later.
It was good hanging out with you and the "Florida Boys" Mark. Your bird is flying..
Gene's Goat is very nice..
Good to see Eric W. run well with his "slow motor" It's been a while since he's been out. He made it a family affair..I think the whole family was racing..
Catch you all next trip..Hell I may go to Florida one day..

Troy,it was great seeing you and Richard again also. You have an open invitation to come down to Fl.As usual I didn't feel like I had enough time talking to everyone.Eric and his family were alot of fun,I'm going to try really hard NOT to line up with Eric next time.Russ White has some good stories and was very entertaining. We had a good time Sat. night with a bunch of folks hanging out in our pit B.S'ing and playing guitar.

Dave,Genes car is running 9.90 in the heat and dead hooking every run,I'm calling it "Beauty and the Beast".I was having intermitent traction issues and Gene just kept putting it 3' in the air.We had a blast,You and Kenny need to get up next year,it was definately quieter without Ken around.LOL

It was great meeting you Mark. Thanks for the kind words. Mark was playing his guitar and singing after the sun went down Sat. evening. Very entertaining, very talented. I would like to thank my wife Christine for putting a fire under my ass to get down there. I wasn't planing on racing again this year due to financial difficulties with the business. However, it was just what the doctor ordered. Got in the seat of the GTO and let go of that transbrake button and it was the greatest high ever!! Always good to see the old man (Richard) LOL. Great to see Gene & John again, John G., Wayne G, Russ and Joe, Bill and Brian B., Troy, Alan & Ted. Just had a blast. Bob and Frank from AllPontiac are the best!! Took my youngest boy Nick (11) on as a junior crew member helping out with the DirtyBird and Franks Grand Am. He learned to pack the chutes on the Funnycar and Frank's car. Those guys are the best. Thank you Bob & Frank, Nick will always remember this past weekend. Christine gave up the win light to Erik Jr. in the semis of Street class on Sat. He was sent to bed without dinner!! LOL!! My whole family had a great time and hope to see you all soon.

Erik

Thumbs up PITP

I too had a great time. The weather was great and it was great seeing the Florida boys again this year. Thanks for the entertainment Saturday night Mark! Lot's of good looking cars too. Gene's had to be my favorite, very nice detail work on that car, and quick too!!Hope the ride home was good for everyone. Thank's Chris for the barbeque, I got there a little late but still filled up on what was left!! It was fun staying at the track overnight. That was a first for me but there is quite a nightlife!! Hope to see everyone next year!!

Jamey
