Hey now, you have to call me StangTamer. I am only using Chopper because I can't get logged in under StangTamer.

LOL..... took me awhile to figure out who "chopper" was.

It also looks like 5's are achievable with the correct combination

LOL!! Hey, you have the goods to go 5's now. I'll let you use my cam and lifters if you are feeling froggy. I bet you could go 5.80's if you can get it to hook. Let me know if you are interested.

What does this statement have to do with my original statement? Why are you such a cranky old man?

I have no dinero for a bottom end that will support 5's right now

Who needs dinero when you have credit cards?lol What if I loaned you my rods, pistons, and crank? Do you have a 400 block laying around? Though, my #5 eagle rod got trashed. But I dought it would cost much for one rod. I have just about everything you will need. You can use it or we can figure out how much it would be worth to you and you can pay me later.

Is it necessary to quote everything everyone has said, even though our response to their question is right underneath it? I love you guys, but my scrolling finger gets a cramp in it when I try to read this post.

Credit card is run up too LOL..... just spent $700 last month getting the expedition fixed and charged it

I think what i'd like to do is wait just a bit for all of the new blocks to come out. I'm really interested in butler's alum block if it ever makes it to market. The IA2 block is very stout but it's been said it's a heavy beast. I'd still take one though

Also still considering whether to stay N2O or look at turbos or a blower. PD is going to be working on an F2 setup that might just be the ticket

Besides, it's gonna be hot for the next 90 days or so and i'd just as soon skip baking at the track with t-tops, full coverage helmet, and a fire jacket on.

LOL!! Sorry I see what you mean. I am use to posting on a Mustang Board that only quotes the last thing said.

Mike, you'll be ok with a well prepped factory block. Just build you up a factory block for now and go with the n2o setup I sold you damnit!! lol Look at Johns car for instance he has a factory block and it has lasted a years. You can build an IA/turbo while you are running the n2o setup. That is what I am going to do for now. It is going to cost a butt load of money to convert to a healthy turbo setup. I am just going to convert alittle at a time and starting with efi/F.A.S.T. I don't want a long down time so I am going to build a high compression/n2o motor with a factory block for now.

I just hate to sink a bunch of money into a stock block when there are better alternatives on the horizon. Might have to go that way though.

I am going to give myself a financial rest for a few months. I was spending like a drunken sailor to get ready for the PSN and now the credit card bills are rolling in
