Question Heater Control Light?

Guys-
Did the '66 GTO come with a heater control light? If so, what does it look like and where does it install?
I just installed my heater controls back into my dash. There was no evidence of a light. If anyone could post a picture of it, that would be a big help.

Thanks,
Jeff

Ok...got underneath the dash and saw the standard instrument light hole in the heater control unit. I tapped into the grey instrument light wiring and installed an additional socket for the heater control unit. Light does not light up whether installed or removed from the heater control unit.

Does the heater control unit need to be grounded? All of my other instrument lights work fine.
