Default # 11 heads good for anything?

I won an auction on ebay last week,$31.00 for a complete 1970 350 YU engine with extras. The heads were gone thru about 20 or more years ago-new valves, new guides, new seals, new rocker arms, new push rods. Crank was turned, block was hot tanked and cylinders honed. Also got a bell housing and flywheel that has already been surfaced, and a new pressure oplate and throw out bearing, but haven't located the clutch disc yet. Just wondering if these heads were good for anything else?

All this for $31.00 and a tank of gas!

Wanting to know the same thing. I looked at an identical engine yesterday. Fresh, never fired. Guy wanted $100 for it but I just didn't have a use for a 350.

Sleeper heads.

Correctly modified as good as any 1968-70 D-port R.A./H.O. heads.

I run a stock,as in original 60k,on my 400 driver. It runs great, runs outta steam early but for a street car fine. With no tuning went low 14,high 13 should be no problem.
Another thing is they are great cores. If you are building a set,you can build them the way you want, porter has plenty of metal to work with, etc etc.
