Any of you A-body guys run a ford rear? I am trying to find out if the upper control arm mounts are centered on the pumpkin or if they are offset so the pinion lines up with the center of the car. I'm having a housing cut but I don't know which way to go on this. If the housing is cut so the pumpkin and control arm mounts are centered, the driveshaft will be moved towards the pass. side about 2.25". Does anyone see any problems with that? Thanks for any input.

I'm running a 9 in my '64 GTO. Housing is centered, driveshaft offset towards the passenger side. Has the stock 4-link suspension, never any problems with it launching on the transbrake.

Let's go racing!
