A Header flange with 2 1/8" or 2 1/4" for the Round port Heads?

Just the flange kit is all I need.

I know you can grind out the 2" and etc, etc,

I tried Hooker and Hedman with no results and they won't do it no matter how many sets I'd order?

Build it fast, build it right, build a Pontiac.

I can get most stuff Lazered up here by a company
called Watson Engineering for a fair price. They
will charge for a set-up fee on CAD but after that you can get stuff pretty reasonable. I believe they already have the round port flange
in cad would just need modified. Tom V.

I checked with Stan's Headers in Auburn, Wa.
they said 2" is the limit for them without new patterns.

The size of the port isn't in question...it's getting 1400hp out of the engine.

Thanks, Warped. Called Ed and talked to a dude who said call back and talk to Ed about sizing and they handle a 2.125 flange.

Guess I'll have to go the 2.125 stepped to 2.250 with a 4.5 collector?

Build it fast, build it right, build a Pontiac.
