Suh has his cars worked on at one of the places that rebuilds trannies for me. Met him a couple of times, think his field actions are a put on, appears very mellow and nice in person. Suh looks like a MAN playing with boys. One offensive lineman cant stop him. Sometimes it takes 3.

Pretty much knew that with a truly neutral arbiter (Cottrell gets 50% of his compensation from the NFL and 50% from the NFLPA) that this would get overturned.

Per the current CBA, past acts can't be considered after 32 games. It had been 32 games, so basically this had to be treated as a first offense.

That and the fact that the Packer lineman was illegally holding him (which wasn't flagged) and then released Suh which was a contributing factor.

I don't like Suh and his history any more than most people. But people get stepped on all the time during a game of football. Joe Buck made it sound like it was the first time it's ever happened.

I'm not getting my hopes up for the Championship game with Seattle's defense what it is and Rogers gimpy leg. It's gonna take some serious choking by the Seahawks for the Packers to make it to the Super Bowl.

I've been a Packers loyal since 1968 and that overturned reception with less than 5:00 to play should have not only been a legit catch, but also a TD, IMO. To overturn that was picking fly sh*t out of pepper. No, I truly dis-like the Cowboys, but I also hate bad officiating like John MacEnroe.
The Cowboys were robbed on that, BUT; last week they were the beneficiaries of poor officiating which very well could have been the difference in that game, so I think it 'balanced out'.

This game had a number of questionable calls and non-calls and a couple of key reversals, but it seemed both teams were sharing the brunt of it all until that last replay.

When the Packers' coach called a challenge on that play, I thought he was an idiot for waisting a time-out.

A couple years ago, the Packers were screwed badly on a replay call against the Seahawks in the regular season. What goes around comes around. I still would not have questioned that catch. Next year it might be your guy.

Wasn't a bad call if anything it's a bad rule. Pack will have a hard time in Seattle. Don't think your gonna hear a New York Bozo audible with that crowd in Seattle. Cowboys would have a better chance beating them since they have before.

It's a lame rule for sure, but the reversal was the right call whether you agree with it or not. Unlike last weeks call with the Lions.

As a Cowboys fan, congrats, poor play calling and poor reading the defense by Romo is what lost us the game.

I had been telling people that the key to this game was how healthy and well Rodgers played and which of the Cowboys defense showed up.

And Rodgers played well, and our D started good but then got way to soft and started trying to hit people instead of tackling.

I dont know if that pass to Dez was a catch or not, I think it was more than I dont, But either way, WHY THROW A PASS FOR A TD ON 4TH AND 2??????????

that was a play begging for Murray to run it or a play action pass. The Packers Defense already showed they couldnt stop him regularly

Yes he did - he put it in his "outside" hand - away from the defender as football players are all taught to do since their Pop Warner days.

And that would be the "common football move" required by the current rule.

If it looks like a catch, smells like a catch, it should be a catch.

I've heard more than one Packer fan admit that they though McCarthy was an idiot to challenge that call - which tells me that most Packer fans knew that it should have been called a catch.

There was no "indisputable" evidence to overturn the play as called on the field (how many times have we heard that this season?).

The NFL needs to simplify the rule book....

I fear this incident will open a Pandora Box to any last minute apparent game clinching pass play being challenged, so long as the receiver hits the turf in the act of catching the ball.

I think it was Cobb, the nose of the ball clearly touched the ground and kept the ball in between his forearms.

Ideally, I'd like to see a Packers - Browns Super Bowl.
I'm hoping for Colts vs Packers. But like I stated before, I'm not getting my hopes up.

I don't necessarly hate on the Patriots but Brady has already had two shots at getting his fourth SB Ring. It's the Colts' 'turn'.
Plus, that would be an unprecidented SB match-up for the Packers. Colts vs Seahawks would be my next prefered match-up.

Obviously want to see my Packers win it in Seattle, but I'm also realistic. We did "beat" them there once on that non-interception that the replacement refs muffed, but that means nothing today.
If we are able to pull this off it would be one of the best wins in our long history. But Seattle has that D, plus we seem to have the most trouble with the read-option and Russell Wilson is a great runner, he has more rushing yards this year than many teams "Featured" RB. I'm a realist and expect Seattle will come out on top, but it sure would be cool to see us win out there. Our rookies have had a full season now since that 1st game back in September, so maybe things will be different this time. We'll see. GO PACK!!!
