Default WT7 after all?

My 1970 Polarwhite Judge was imported to Sweden at the end of 1975.
The other day I received a picture message from the first owner in Sweden.
He said that the car was painted with flames on the hood and front fenders when he bought it.
He also told about a collision with a bus and that the car then got a new front and fender on the passenger side.
The car was then repainted and again later when the vinyl top was removed, both times white.
But what I'm wondering about is that he said the rear wing was black before the repaints, as the image in the 1975 photo shows.
I never thought my car ever had a black wing before I got this picture.
Could it still be the case that my 1970 Polarwhite Judge had the WT7 option from the factory/dealer?
I have no documentation other than the PHS document and the build order, neither of which show anything about the WT7 as far as I can see.

Did the 1st owner say if the judge stripes were black? Or it didn't have stripes just the flames?

Good looking Judge though.

Thanks John.
Would be even better looking with black air foil and stripes?
But only verified as WT7 of course.

Unfortunately the car was motif painted when arrived to Sweden, so no stripes mentioned.

I'd have to check my notes, but seems like the 1970 WT7 was not noted on the build sheets except possibly the Fremont plant?
I think HFR had reported this? (not the WT7 but the stripe color)

The WT7 Judges from Canada are reported on theirs I believe.

The Baltimore Bsheet would call out WT7 below the WT1 in the last column.
There is a Ram4 4spd WT7 from Baltimore that has it spelled out on the Bsheet , in that way.
It was shared by the PY member who owned it in the 80's

I did a thread titled "1970 Buildsheets and stripes" years ago.
iirc Baltimore was one of the sheets that didn't provide any stripe or decal color data.

WT7 would have coordinated/complimented with the black vinyl top pretty nicely though.
Build may have been just a hair too early for the WT7 option.

Pontiac plant would have been the only Bsheet that wouldn't spell out WT7.
But it gives option code 604 and stripe color data to prove it out.

I see nothing on your build sheet Kenth that would indicate the rear foil came factory painted black.

I see those decals as Black Red Yellow in the ad.

Have read where people older than me - witnessed many cars where owners had painted their spoilers black on practically any color Judge.
Likely influenced by the WT7 magazine promos.

It didn't become available until around mid-November iirc

There has never been a known stand alone option or alternate for just the spoiler color.
But once a car arrives at a dealer , anything becomes possible.
Day 2 and going forward has any possibility also.

The Cadillac/Olds dealership I went to work at in the mid-80's ,,, ordered something like 20 of the Yellow Ralley 350 cars in 1970.
They had to color change the majority of them to sell them all and it still went into the next model year before all were gone.

Thanks BVZ, I guess I looked at the picture with "colored" eyes.
Now that you mention it, I can clearly see that the decals are black.
A five year old muscle car was really old in 1975 and obviously anything could have happened to it, and at the time they were pretty much worthless due to the oil embargo and insurance policies.

Thanks HFR, neither do i.
Thougts of the Y86 code on my build sheet?

Would be cool if the last owner in the US 1975 recognized my car and could tell about the motif laquered flames on hood and sides and the black air foil!
