Default Old automotive magazine

Need help identifying an automotive periodical from the late 60's / early 70's.

As I recall it was published quarterly.

The middle section was multi- hued, matte-finished pages and contained a section for each make/model for the current sales year. That section listed all options available, the MSRP and the dealer cost. I know it existed cause I used it when we ordered our first new 1972 Lemans from my uncles dealership.
i had to go to the local library to see it cause the current issue couldn't be checked out.
Guys please don't say I'm mental.
