Default Replacement Ball joint boots

Can you guys tell what brand ball joint this is? I bought these 15 years ago, installed them & removed them over the weekend. Brand new otherwise, but I ruined the boots & need to order replacements. Are these Moog? I googled the numbers & found nothing. Hmmmm. I believe I got them from my local NAPA at the time.

Thanks, 68 RT

Boots are spit by the way, I ruined them when I took the suspension back apart...

I did a search on the numbers also and came up with nothing specific except a lot of Moog links, but nothing with that number specifically.

You could take them to NAPA and enquire, they may even carry universal boots.

I thought this would be simple, but its another one of those odd things.
I actually need all of the boots. uppers, lowers & tie rod ends. I see summit has some too. Hmmmm.

I had a boot that split when I was taking the suspension apart. It was a bit difficult to find a rubber boot since everyone has the energy suspension PU boots. Our sponsor, Ames, actually had the rubber boots. They have the upper, lower, and tie rod boots.

All replacement boots (Moog etc) fail within a few hundred miles anyhow, all junk.

So I wonder if I should I just order another set of ball joints? 2 of the tie rod boots had split within a few years, & this was on a chassis that never left my shop. just sitting.

Is there a brand name on the autozone boots? The $2 price tag scares me a little

Funny how something so seemingly simple all of the sudden isn't.

For the record, I called Moog & they told me I can't buy the boots separately, have to buy the complete part to get the boot.

Also the number they have listed answers as "the garage guru's tech line" what ever the heck that is.... 1-800-325-8886

Update: bought them at Ames. Identical to the original moog style I had.
