Bob - I see that at auction it sold for $10,450. I think I would have paid that much if I could have! Of course, now it's on e-bay by West Coast Classics - with a by-it-now of $22,500!
I know they have to make some money but someone has already bit at the starting bid of $15K. Go figure!
e-bay:

Nice looking car, you can see the driver side long branch in one photo. Seems like a low teen car though, HO's don't seem to add a lot of value and this car needs lots of things done better to move up a notch in terms of quality and price...

wrong center caps and lugnuts
parking lamp lenses are not 69
striping (hopefully but not likely taped)
aftermarket radio
wrong rug
paint color doesn't look right either

Don't get me wrong though, looks very clean and very nicely optioned HO car, it would be fun to spend a month fixing all the little things and ending up with a very sharp looking car for not too much coin. Hard to beat the inherent value in 69 428 GP's... GTO go with much better ride, nicer interior and half the money.

The write up says the G/P has the original spare wheel in the trunk and pictures show a full size spare on the trunk floor. However if you look at the pictures of the trunk they clearly show that the jack assembly is located in the left quarter panel which is the location of the jack when equipped with the space saver spare option. You can even see the bracket that holds the space saver spare if it was there. So what did the vehicle come with, the space saver spare option or the regular full size spare?
