thermostat housing front stud
On the 67 GTO and other years, there is a stud that secures the housing to the 4bbl intake. Then the rear alternator bracket is attached to it. (power steering cars) Is it just a regular nut that holds the bracket in place, or is it a castle nut. Or castle nut and washer.
I know this is "Bill Ryder" type of question, but my memory fails me, and I dont see any references to it in manuals etc. I'm assuming if it is a castle nut, then used is my only option? |
