IIRC the MACN show has a safety person which , I think, looks at battery cables, and other requirements for indoor show, then they put a red? Dot Sticker on the DS headlight bulb in the middle of the bulb. Outer most on a 4 headlight car, and uppermost on stacked lights.
Have seen this a couple times, but do not know their " list". I never see the fire extinguisher as a wheel chok though. At Macn or even MECUM.
