The owner of Lapeer is, in basic terms, a "different" type of owner.
No Stands, (seats on top of shipping containers) probably not very safe and hard to manage to get up there for older people.

Narrow track as George mentioned.

Ubly is a nicer track, IMO. Looking forward to having a Milan Racing track again.

Mid Michigan is a better track.....US 131 is probably the Best Michigan track we'll see what they do to Milan HOPES are HIGH!

Recently Amazon inquired about buying the new england dragway facility in new hampshire. Luckily the shareholders had a meeting and decided to decline the offer. I know some people that were ready to sell their racecars if that had happened.
