Thumbs up 1975 GLM Not something I see every day

Check out this Sweet looking 1975 Grand LeMans.

I can’t remember the last time I saw one this clean. How about you?

This one is nicknamed “Sweet Pea”.

There's been one for sale on the local craigslist that periodically comes up that the guy wants a mint for. Definitely not something you see often anymore.

Looks like a nice car, I posted it over on the A-body site a few days ago. Definitely a very clean car in a very 70s color. I nicknamed my wife Sweetpea, since her name is Pam and she is sweet.

If it was one of the blue hues my Mrs would like it.

Sweet Pea Green - is a No Sale for her.

Looks well preserved and clean. Appears to be missing the small rubber bumperette on the passenger side.

It looks to be in nice condition, but is probably the ugliest paint color I have ever seen on a car, with the possible exception of the Phoenix (baby puke) Yellow BMW's

My first car was a 75 GLM, blue with black landau and black cloth bucket interior. Factory 400 4bbl. That was an awesome car. I would like to own another some day.

Although I am not a skirts fan, they work well on that '77, and enhance the pontoonesque lines of the car. Very classy.

I agree, but some of the GLMs (like the Green one above), look pretty good with the skirts.

Agree 100%.

I also like the other original "skirted" Pontiacs like the

• '67 Grand Prix

• '65/66 Bonnevilles

and others.

Also agreed, especially the 65-66s, with that body line, they just flow.

IMO: But another example of what was once common that now is hardly seen...or restored.
