Default Interstate AGM or Odyssey Performance Series

Looking for some current conversation on new battery choices. I'm trying to decide between the Interstate AGM or the Odyssey Performance series, which I understand needs a height adapter.

Thanks,
Rick

I've always used Odyssey, not sure what the vehicle is but you should be able to find a size that fits. I use the Extreme series, not uncommon to get 10 years of service out of an Odyssey Extreme.

Can I use my Battery Tender on the Odyssey Extreme or do I need a special charger? Thanks.

(Based on yours and others advice, I went ahead and ordered an Odyssey Extreme, hope I'm happy(LOL).)

I have several Odyssey Extreme's on Battery Tenders, nothing special needed.

We use Odyssey's in our homebuilt airplanes. Seems all the people who use battery tenders cause the batteries to have short lifespans. These batteries have such low self-discharge that there's really no reason to do anything. I have one in my '66 GTO and it sits for 3 months at a time and it cranks just fine after sitting that long. And it's 9 years old.
