1964 LeMans/Tempest Hood - Extremely Nice
Original 1964 LeMans hood from Texas
For use on a LeMans, Tempest or as a frame to restore an original one year only GTO hood There is very minor surface rust where the arrow head emblem trapped moisture. There is also one spot on the back edge where paint wore away and very slight surface rust occurred. I do not believe either of these spots would be perceptible once it is stripped to bare metal. The rest of the hood is in excellent condition without dents or dings. All of the hinge and latch areas are in pristine condition. The underside area where the hood curves down toward the latch and grill is in excellent condition. For the few I have seen for sale the prices and condition have varied greatly.
