I am looking for someone who makes pullies that will fit the ATI damper, and work with a stock type water pump, and or, a Mezier pump.
Thanks.

The ATI balancer accepts only BB Chevy pulleys. Moroso makes just about any pulley you could want.

On my ATI the register is the correct diameter for the stock pulley. I did have to drill that pulley for the 3 holes Chevy pattern the ATI uses. A good template is the outer pulley reinforcement ring(like some of our Pontiac pulleys have).

One thing to check REAL close is where it moves the pulley to . The pulley mounting surface on mine was .100 too far out. Remedy is milling down portion that hits crank gear to get the correct alignment.

My ATI came from Butler and he has a pulley kit you can buy for it. This kit comes with a spacer and a SBC pulley by Moroso. It works OK on my GTO.

During the design phase of our crank trigger kits for the BOP belt drive we measured numerous balancer center hubs. Several notes of interest regarding the ATI unit are in order. The ATI unit comes in both a steel and aluminum version of the outer ring, however both use the same steel hub. It has a 3 bolt, 3.200" bolt circle (SBC). The locator on the ATI hub measures 2.455" while the stock and it's clones (BHJ, Pro Race, etc.) measure 2.469 or slightly less. This may not seem like much but can produce a noticeable hop. In addition to being hard on belts and ugly, hop is especially critical when using a crank trigger wheel as the sensor distance is compromised. A spacer such as JBP's or others may take this into account when using aftermarket pulleys. For the crank trigger wheel problem, we like to use the Mallory Wheel for SBC. It has the correct 3 bolt pattern and only needs to be bored to 2.455" to fit perfectly. In addition the ATI unit has an O.D. of 7.080". Using a 7.000" trigger wheel (MSD, others) causes the balancer to overhang by .040" on each side meaning if your sensor distance is .060" you only have .020" between the sensor and the balancer. The Mallory wheel is 7.250" so the problem is eliminated. It should be noted that these figures are from ATI units produced over the past few years (Black color) and older units may have different issues. With that said I feel the ATI unit is one of the best units available especially if the engine will be seeing relatively high rpms, and I am using one on my racecar. It's too bad they don't make a stock clone, but the problems are easily overcome if you're aware of them. Hope this is useful info for some of you.

Wade, My ATI is the older style (it is gold in color) and it accepts the BBC pulley only.
I had to use a 1/8" spacer behind it just to make it hit the lower timing gear, and that was after lots of grinding of the timing cover to get it to fit.
I guess they have improved over the years.
There is one for sale over at Classical for $250 if anyone is interested http://www.classicalpontiac.com/ads/...i?number=50047

Mine also is the older "gold" one. After drilling the three hole pattern in my stock Pontiac pulleys fit. They seem tight on the center hub and no wobble. Just had to shave down the hub length .
