I want one so bad. I'd have to be a little different and take that gold T-37, though!

I wanted a 70 GT-37 for years but the only way that I would own one was if it had a #'s matching 400 4speed.As you know the 350 cars are hard to come by let alone the 400 cars.I was hunting for a 70 GTO and came acoss the GT and I jump on it quickly.

Hello, This is the first time I've ever posted on your site. My questions consist on the 1971 palladium silver gt-37 that I own. Over the period of the last 6 years the car has gone through a complete restoration and is in the paint shop being finished as I type this. No exspence has been spared. Mine is a early year GT-37 and I believe it came originally with the Judge style stripes. I have two questions. All the books show my car with the red, yellow, and blue stripe. I don't feel this looks good and am wanting to go with the red, yellow, and black stripe. Will this effect value and was this done. Also my build sheet, Yes i have it along with every photo of the restore and every reciept ever spent on the car, shows that the Judge wing was a option on these cars but everyone seems so agains't puttin them on there. Why is this? Thanks for any info and I look forward to a long GT-37 future.

Melvin,
Remember that the GT and Judge stripes are NOT the same. Judge stripes have 3 colors and GT are 2 color. If it is for looks only, do whatever you want. If it is for show, go with the correct type of stripes. I'll check the assembly manual and see if it shows the wing there for the T (or GT) 37. Also will check color of stripes. Seems there was a thread here for that somewhere. Anyone??????

I thought the stripes on the GT-37 cars were the same as the Judge stripes.I never did pay attention to the 2color vs. the 3 color scheme. You learn something every day.

You mention that its a 70 T-37 I've never heard of Coronada Gold for the 70 models. Is this a color that was only available for the canadian cars?
