Correct. He's not going to show because in the 2 years since he ran that 9.80 something at Atco on Pontiac Day, he has done nothing to certify the chassis or to get his license. In fact, following that event at Atco, he was asking questions on this board about what he could do to slow the car down.

Just like my son-in-law. His Grandmother died 3 times already and it looks like #4 is coming up next week for his birthday party! LOL.
