I am in Chandler AZ, not to up to speed on shipping one of those. Its complete from springs to control arms with all new brakes, bushings, and a completely refreshed posi unit. I pulled it from a rusty 65 I got a number of years back (the 65 was complete and numbers matching but it was rusty so I stripped it. Bet someone would want it now rusty or not). Still has that tag hanging from the pumpkin as well. I did drill 2 holes in the webs for no-hop bars but that can be filled and painted if stock is what you want.

I found this '72 Lemans Luxury in a cow pasture. It sat there since 1982 until I bought it a year or two ago for $200. It ran after a little toying around with, but it hammered hard.

Talking 69 JUDGE

These are some pictures of before and after of my Dad's 69 Judge. We did a frame off in 2003. Three generations of Pontiac lovers completed most of the work. May be some inspiration for those who are starting new projects! The original engine was gone, but there was a WS taken out of a Judge in the early '70s, about a dozen weeks early on the dates, but had original manifolds and @ .001" wear in the bores. Car sports original pistons and a new 744 cam, correct for the car. Now, if Kevin gets his "garage find" RA IV / 4.33 four speed car done here soon, we can do our own "track test." Both cars are from the same location. His car will have fresh, unmolested heads, a WW block, cast one day after this car was sold, along with a factory RA IV cam, so it should provide about as honest a comparison as can be expected. I love these pix. Anyone go carsinbarns.com ? Thanx for sharing. Ron

One of my employees tipped me off to this car....it's a 1970 Goat w/ 4 speed. The guy who owned it wasn't the nicest fella but was willing to talk to me. The car really needs to be restored and as you can see has a small block Chevy motor. None the less, he said he would consider selling but wouldn't say a price. Finally, after several references to Barrett Jackson auctions he said somewhere over 15k....Any takers????

'barn' finds
the guy knows what he's got - a big GTO fan

but neat pics, regardless

There's 3 or 4 other barns like this full of GTO's
the 'nice' cars are under car covers
Saw my first real Ram air GTO (1967) here

....i didn't even bother to go into the 'judge barn'

Wow, For Sale or not those are some cool pictures...I've never found that many in one spot before. Is he located in OH? Like you, I would just get a kick out of seeing the place.

BTW, I saw a 69 GTO Judge Convertable that I say once about 1.5 years ago. I figured it to be a clone but found out the other day it is actually genuine (one of 108). When I saw it, I took a couple pics of it (it was at some small business behind a fence). Anyway, one of my customers knows the guy and got me his number. No doubt he knows what he has but it will be cool to see it up close none the less .

yup - neat place
there's also "the judge barn" (i think 4 judges), 20 cars sitting outside, another barn full of 64-65 cars, a barn full of engine blocks/heads, the 'tripower room' where there's a dozen complete tripowers laying on the ground - etc

it's ridiculous - most pontiac stuff i've seen in one place

Baron - hope you don't mind, I took the liberty of photoshopping your pics to make them easier to see. I thought they were neat enough to spend the time.

The last pictures are from DJ GTOS in Stoutsville, OH Dan and Dan Jr. have been great friends of mine for a numer of years. Both are full of great knowledge and are always willing to help out! Most of the stuff is for sale, but they are also working on assembling a GTO museum.

Default Not a Pontiac, but a classic muscle anyways

Here's some barn pics of a '69 Chevelle project I'm working on... this is on the back back, WAY in the back burner... but I have a 454 for it and all the parts to put it back together.

Its for sale BTW for $3k...

Default Another Barn Car!

Yeah, found my second barn car of the year ('69 Judge was the other one)... Well, if you count my '71 GTX (garaged and not driven for 20 years or so, 440, 4 sp, Dana, 68k original miles) it's my third... Anyway, I went to go look at a '66 El Camino SS 396 4 sp A/C car. It was nothing like described - not an SS, rusty as hell, etc. However, I did see a '66 SS 396 Chevelle on the way over there in someone's driveway. Stopped on the way back; owner said he was going to sell it to a friend, and when he told me what the sale price was, I said, "I'd be stronger than that on the Chevelle." He called me the next day and we did the deal on Saturday. Car spent the last 10 years in the barn; just got pulled out.

Car runs, drives, fairly solid body, appears to have the original engine and rearend, but the 4 sp is AWOL, having been replaced by a TH400.

No pics yet; digital camera crapped out.

Scott

You must have one heck of a garage to hold all those cars

Just have a 2 car garage; it's been full for a while with my Fairlane hardtop and Judge... Chevelle, '69 GTO, and '71 GTX are in the driveway; parting out the GTO but the Chevelle and GTX are about to go into mini-storage. Fairlane convt. is still sitting in the same garage where it's been for the past 12 years; previous owner said I could keep it there until this summer.
