Well I said the same thing, that John M's number might be closer but but I am still pulling for a over 1200 HP number. Hate to see JC up there all by himself NA.

I'd bet money that if a fella had Marcella run his ehead program and a customer "improved" the valve job. Picked his own cam and "saved" $500 on pistons and rings.....that fella would fall 150hp short.
Scott Brown rocks! Thanks for the recommendation. He knows his stuff and you can't beat the communication and customer service. Ordered all my upper valve train parts from him today. He'll spec and provide the 55 mm cam and .937 lifters as well.

Did your car show the numbers on the track last year George??? Mine did...in fact it showed more on the track AT NORWALK than on the dyno. Bring your stuff out to Capital in September and I'll run you in the first round of qualifying off the trailer for $100 on a .400 pro-tree. No minimum weight, not worried about your steam rollers versus my DR 275, and you might go 7's in the awesome late Sept east coast air! So after you beat me, then you can win that Q16 and OPS money as well and walk away with $5100.

Show up and you can find out.

With your awesomeness in bracket racing that $5100 should be easy for you to win!

That's actually more of a shame than anything good.

There's a lot of folks in this industry with weak dispositions who get bent out of shape when someone does great, or even good. And for what?

We all have ego's but it would do all of us a lot of good if we stomped our own egos down and felt good for others accomplishments regardless of how grand or small the results.... myself included.

Because no matter what we think we know there's someone who knows more. And no matter how important we think what we know is.... sorry, it's not that important.

Chris gets it and I have to agree 100%. The more I learn and know, the more I find out that I don't know. I had an old timer tell me that at one time and I didn't get the full meaning then, but it is becoming more and more clear as I age. I think they call that wisdom LOL.

Yes. Most things except the basics have all changed just in the last 10 years as far as big power trends.

Chris, I agree and all I know is I respect any Pontiac doing well, no matter who built it or drives it.

Except that Lil Jack guy, he's a douche.

So after searching back thru this whole post and reading all of the speculation, I have to ask,

When is this blessed event to take place?

Just asking.
