On another note, I finally got my shop into an almost usable state. So I'll be dragging my '68 LeMans post car out of storage in the next couple of weeks.
It will be sharing time with a '61 Falcon that I'm hoping to have ready for Lost in the 50's next year. Neither are restos. The Falcon will get a 2.3 Turbo and 5 speed. Kind of a mix of autocross and rat. The '68 will probably end up with a turbo'd 400 and 4L60E. |

Heh. Glad the 2.3T is still getting some love. I ran those engines for a while. Fun times. Is there still an active Merkur club up there?

Not so much, as far as I know.
My brother and his friends were heavy into them for a number of years. My brother went back to his old Pontiacs, and his buddies moved on to other rides. |

Bendutro, I didn't really hang out with the Merkur group too much, but that sounds familiar. Josh is my brother, had a blue one. His buddy Dave had a red one, and a Black one. Dave's brother JC had a few I think, but he goes through cars like TP...lol.
demonic68. No worries, just let me know. |
