This was the first time we have worked on it in a good while because of the heat and then my health. I REALLY had to massage this intake to get it on.

Little Hot Rod Primer on the hoog, little brother helps paint. Going to put 326-C.I.D. in white stickers on each side to give it a little flare.

Those 326 CID stickers look cool! It will be a great conversation piece for Shay since most of his peers don't know what CID means. His age group has grown up with engine displacement quoted in "litres".

True and good for you that he's learning. Good too - to see he's wearing safety glasses...AND...has a BIG smile on his face!

Congrats to your boy, Steve !
Fluid damper balancer, TriPower, Offy 360* ..... kids gonna be spoiled. Whats the ACTUAL CID of that engine now ? Bored and stroked ? Ported Polished Gasket Matched ? I've got a 74 GTO Trunk Car the same color inside and out. Turned into parts car status 20 years ago and pushed it into the woods. #'s 350 4spd console buckets Probably a complete basket case and rotted to shet now. |

Also fun giving orders and making him do all the nasty stuff, like crawl under the car and lift the manifolds in place. ha

Nice going Steve; you don't see fathers and sons working on cars anymore.
