Dave, your current cylinder pressure test is higher than you old one even after a seafoam treatment.
Also, you need to find out how many degrees of vacuum advance produces. Take the car out with no vacuum advance and see if it detonates.

Your right Paul. Good eye, I must have done that when taking them out and bumped them. I always check that when putting plugs in. I set the gap at .040. I have new 43S plugs to go back in. I was thinking about getting those recommended NGK R5670-7 plugs. Not sure it would help. Dave |
