Is Mr. Tuttle posting on this thread as well?
Was it sold under the premise that it was an original? If you have it in writing, sue him! If intentionally committing fraud I believe you are allowed triple damages.

Terry...I know him...He has done Jail time for scamming people in the Mopar world....He has ripped off many people for BIG DOLLARS ! I know several people that want to skin him alive...He was into Pace cAr Camaro's then Mopars...He was from Broken Arrow OK .. Prior and has a LONG list of crimes....Good Luck trying to get your money back, Just ask the guy that sold his 1 million dollar 1971 hemi Cuda convertible to Tuttle, He never got paid. ++++++++++++++ THAT IS HIM ... I know him well,... and had the displeasure of meeting him one time as well....he just within the last year or so got out of prison for scamming people...he did several years for it too. my post starts here: who told you he didnt get paid for the cuda? he bought it from milt robson and milt got all of his money. milt sold him 3 cars on that deal and came out great at the time. this is milts own words to me when milt was standing in my garage buying my 71 judge convertible. i personally have done many deals with dennis and have never lost a dime. maybe it is how you deal with people. |

If Tuttle is a man of his word and a good guy to do business with then why would he be selling a repo hood as a original and not refunding the buyers money? I said it before and say it again I'm so happy I did not bid on this hood.

But I don't think either one of these is going to happen. I bet Tuttle says is it was sold "As Is" & "John Haley" switched the hood after it was picked it up. A judge is going to say if it was a fake John / his son should have never picked it up. And there's no way of telling if it was switched. after the hood left Tuttle's possession. P.S It's not helping your case with "John Haley" Posting pics of a original hood. Because that shows He knew the difference and the hood should have not been picked up if it was fake. P.P.S I hope it all works out for you Terry. John Haley, I'm not saying you switched the hood it's just what I think Tuttle will say if this ends up in court. If, I remember right wasn't the hood just primed and on some kind of rack? I would bet if he was in prison for the same kind of crime he did in the past. His fingerprints are not on the hood. Unless he's a idiot criminal. |

Terry had the cops from the area go out to the guys house to see if the hood was there. It was and it is the same one I have here. A picture was taken by my son when he picked it up and it has all the same areas that were wiped off with some kind of thinner. It seems Dave has alot of big ideas of how things could get twisted around. Like many of his other Ideas about some cars he has had. Everybody has to have a dream. Some people like to twist stuff to get other people to believe their dream. I think Daves ideas are best left out of this deal.

Why don't you ask Terry who referred you & not your son to go look at the hood. It was me. As for the cops going there I'm the one who gave Terry the number to the police department. You want to talk about big ideas theres alot more I can say about you. But this isn't the place. P.S You never seen any of my cars so how can you say what I own and don't own.
