Here's a good one (and fits the spirit of the thread):

That parking lot was striped when people drove real cars.

A 31 Plymouth 3 window. The owner paid 17K for the paint job. The car was built in 1 year. The person who built the car does 1 car per year. The top has a 3 inch chop.

Here's one from a couple years ago. Daily driver, and it appeared to have a carb fire at some point. Very rare seeing something like this in our area (suburbs of Chicago), as any regular driver older than about 1980, and not a cruise night/car show type of car, has rusted away.

Bumping this cool thread.
1st one is a Dodge Caravan parked at Lowes - weird, but pretty cool.
Next is a Pinto parked at a tire place. Its done up in Bucknell University Bison colors.
3rd one is a Caprice wagon parked in front of Tractor Supply.
Last one isn't parked but I had to throw it in here for the cool factor, 63 split window cruising down Rt 15. Saw it on the way home from work today.

Noticed this Chevelle while driving past a few days ago. Not sure if it's authentic SS.
No engine emblems mean it's a 6-cyl ?

This is a 1959 Imperial a mate of mine has just bought. It's in a container on the way here right now. These pictures were taken last week just before it was loaded in the container

52,000 original miles. Nearly all original paint.

OK I posted this when I first saw it, but it belongs here. A friend made it but it was a totally random sighting and I had no idea he had it until I saw it in this lot. Sawed up file cabinets welded in complete the cargo area. Salvaged after a tree fell on it in his yard.

Here's one that I took.

It's Brandon Phillip's (second baseman for the Cincinnati Reds) Audi.

Down the street there are someone very wealthy people working. Occasionally I see something cool drive past. The last was a newer black convertible Lamborghini, but man it was bouncing like the ride was horrendous.

Here's one that doesn't have original paint.
