Working on a lot of little items that are unseen. Did manage to install the steering column and sport wheel. Now we can begin the fun stuff.

Hard to beat that color combo! ...and redlines too? Nice work and your efforts are certainly paying off!

Thanks-

I haven't had much time to work on this one. We are about half way through a 64 convertible that I have posted in another thread. I will definitely update both projects as we progress. The convertible will be going back on the frame in about 2 weeks, so there will be a lot of assembly pictures. I plan to get full speed on this one in May!

Wow...I can only hope that those idiots on that 'barnfinds.com' site that called this a 'roach' and not worth restoring are following this thread. Beautiful job, as usual.

People are losing their minds. This ’64 is roach. I don’t care what it came with because it doesnt have it now. Its just a rusted out roller. Come on people……get real

The pictures definitely didn't do the car any justice. We were able to use every original piece of sheet metal. We located a date coded correct block and tri power, Just received back from Pontiac Tri-power pontiactripower.com what a great looking piece. The engine will be in the hands of John and Paul Glasgo. Looking forward to making some passes at the pure stock drags.

Nice! Reminds me of my '64 that I bought new. This picture is from 1965 in Milwaukee.

Thank you. I lost that GTO in a house fire in 1986. This Grenadier red one is the replacement with the engine/Muncie out of my original car.

Sorry, I have no idea why pictures that are upright when viewing on my picture folder appear often upside down when posting here.

I meant to send those rear pie crust slicks up with the red car for you to 'borrow' but simply forgot during all of the loading hilariousness! They'll be here anytime!

No problem Jerry. We will get together. Hope all is well. The rest of the car is finished. Just need to get started on the engine.
