69 Firebird with a blown big block Chevy. It takes a certain kind of person to drive this car. I'd drive it, but if I did I know people would stare at it. Cause it's pretty? Cause it's loud? Cause it's completely impracticable? Still, for <$40K BIN it had to cost more than that to build it. Prolly a blast to drive. Guy took it in trade. Located in Florida.

Not much to go on.

But I would think the price is wrong? ($175 ?)

The hood and fenders would be worth more than the price?

That's one of the best Fiero based kit car conversions I've seen!

This 67 convertible Firebird seems like a good deal to me. New top and numbers don't match. I doubt you could build it for <$22K

Pics aren't working for some reason. It's a nice red ext/black int car.

Beautiful car! The photo of the nose is studly. I don't normally like the big wheels, but those look great.

That goat has that bone dry central California look. The no sale brown will hurt though. (this from a guy with 4 cars in Expresso Brown!)

Question Ebay Prices

Okay, I know it is getting more expensive each year to do business selling on Ebay, but there is some pure outright greed going on with some people who are selling.
A few months back; I was looking for a Edelbrock EP4B and naturally looked at ebay. The asking prices were between $ 600.00 & $900.00 for a manifold in "good" condition. I found one at a local swap meet for $120.00.
As I look around on ebay, now I see the same price gouging on driver's side mirrors and tachometers and vacuum gauges.
One guy was asking $400.00 just for the Vacuum gauge mounting cup !
I asked one guy why the high prices and he said it is because these parts are getting harder to find. I never understood that theory of supply & demand.
If you are selling gas for $3.00 a gallon and your supplier says he will not be able to deliver for 6 months, for maintenance reasons, why would you raise the prices to $12.00 a gallon ? That does not fix anything.
Your business should have insurance against such market fluctuations.
Instead, you gouge the people who are your neighbors & customers.
Same with ebay. Eventually, people will stop looking for parts on ebay because of ebays fees & greed and the seller's greed. Plus, with the Reproduction of parts nowadays for most popular cars, a lot of times these are cheaper than what ebay wants.
