This remindes me of a story.
Once upon a time there was a little girl who was walking along a country road when she came to a stream. As she started to cross a snake slithered up and asked her if she would put him inside her coat and carry him across the stream.The girl replied Absoutly not if i do that you will bite me.The snake replied I would do no such thing after all you are doing me a favor by carying me across the stream I give you my word i will not bite you. SO reluctantly the girl picked up the snake and put him inside her coat and proceded to cross the stream. About halfway across the girl felt a sharp pain and immediatly knew the snake had bitten her. When she got to the other side she pulled the snake out and threw hin to the ground and with tears in her eyes shouted at the snake How could you do this you gave me your word that you wouldn't bite me. The snake looked up at her with his snakey eyes and said.... YOU KNEW WHAT I WAS WHEN YOU PICKED ME UP

josh, you might wanna skip the insults and try to be a man and do what it takes not to make yourself look worse in the eyes of the board members here...you're so in the doghouse to everybody i dont know if anyone will ever forgive/forget this whole ugly mess.
starting with a huge does of maturity.
there's no defending your previous actions in any way, and some guys are going to continue giving you a (deserved) hard time; all you can do is step up and do the right things in life from now on and move forward with your life in a positive way.

guys, people can positively change their persona.
think back, perhaps, to when you were a young man and any decisions you may've made that you now regret, due to seeing the bigger picture as you age....we mellow with time and react less emotionally and hopefully with more thought.
there's lots of things i'd like to have a do-over on from my past.
i was never malicious, but my actions still impacted others' lives.
i know i've become a better human as i've grown up, so keep a 1% benefit of the doubt factor going here if possible.
