I can only hope that the buildings these cars are stored in are equipped with well maintained state of the art fire protection systems. A fire in any one of them would take out an irreplaceable part of automotive history!

It's hard to tell from the video since everything on the ceiling is painted black, but it looks like there may be sprinkler pipes running overhead.

He posted a second video that mostly covers the exotic cars in the collection (Bugatti, Ferrari, Porsche, and so on.) In that video they go through the workshop area of the collection, so they do maintain and drive the vehicles. There is also a brief view of John Wayne's Pontiac station wagon at 7 1/2 minutes in.
