Tag it and run it up the neighborhood streets . Then park it. When anyone comes asking, crank it up and move it 3 feet. Its not "abandoned" its "awaiting restoration". ; )

Ratty muscle cars are all the rage right there. The floors and frame rails can be fixed easily enough.
As everyone else has stated, I'd get that thing running, plate and insure it then make sure it's presence is seen and heard.
