I don't have these on the water pump neck or the intake where the bracket attach. when I disconnected the brackets from alt . the back bracket pulled away about 1" from the alt.

Did install of those "stud bolts" correct your alignment problem?

Looking at your pic of the alt. it looks like the belt is sitting at a slight angle as it comes up on the right side of the pulley. It looks as though the belt is running crooked from right. Make sure the belt is running straight or it will keep blowing off. Make sure all the pulleys are sitting on there parts correct to. If the pulley isn't sitting on the water pump straight it will pull the belt off to. Yes you can have the pulley crooked on the water pump if you didn't tighten it down the same on all the bolts. But still the belt looks to be running crooked on the water pump pulley to me.

Any one know the length of part#4 spacer, mine was not original piece it was the from help section

3 7/16" I think?
