Agreed! Let's not be so short sighted, all these cars need to be saved. If not for us, for future generations. I have saved hundreds myself but, cannot do it all. and do not want to do it all either. Save 'em! There will always be more repop parts out there to build them but, only so many real cars to build. A WW5 is the best of the GTOs only 290 made to start with. What is to argue? save it.
What a great build sheet. This car was make really nice, no need to add options, WW5, honeys, stripes, etc, etc.
Not sure why it lists 'hd air cleaner' though. It already has the WW5. Does anyone know what that is all about?

BTW my WW5, owned since 1984, was bought new locally in Scottsdale and would never part with it.

Lloyd - Do you have this PHS?

Sorry that I'm so late to this party, guys . . .

Indeed I do have that invoice, in fact I found that I have two copies of it, one from November 2007 and another from November 2008. Unfortunately back then I wasn't keeping notes on the details of how / where I found the invoices, so I haven't a clue on the sources.

Nicely optioned auto/air car, I'd love to have seen it before the rust took over!

Thanks to Roger for letting me know about this thread!

BTW, one of the invoices I have for this car is really clean and clear if anyone would like a better copy.

"Heavy Duty" air cleaner option, Steve. Simply an oiled-foam wrap around the A212CW filter element. Nothing to do with Ram Air . . .
