No problem Brian. You are doing a kick ass job getting this race going. Gotta get Langer and Kinsler out of the cave so they will start working on their junk!

You read it correctly, 225lbs and dropping. Should be around 210-215 by the end of May.

Its called the racers diet, it goes like this..

John's Dr , " John you really need to lose weight for good health"

"lower blood pressure"
"Lower cholesterol"
"More energy"
"Lower risk of diabetes"

Johns reply- Ah hell doc why bother, we all gotta die someday!

Dr's reply- Oh yeah.. you will also pick up a tenth in the 1/4 mile!

John- Oh hell why didn't you say so! I'll do it!

I actually have good blood pressure, cholesterol is perfect, have tons of energy but am border line diabetic. I am hoping to improve my reaction times by having a lighter arm to throw back when the light drops. I don't know if my consistant .015-.017 lights will be good enough for thos power adder heavy hitters.

I was thinking the same thing!!! LOL... Chip in a few more of your easy money and I may take your offer because you know all my runs have been uphill in the snow.

Thankfully, my travel plans have a West Coast event circled on the calendar for July this year. I am envious, you have a good race put together and it looks like a great time. Good Job Brian!!
