Did using 2 of the Moroso baffles make a difference?Versus using 1?

How did you check your engine for air leaks? Air pressure?

Yes 1 baffle per side. I blew air into the motor from the vacuum port on the valve cover. Don't use more than 10 psi you will blow out gaskets. You can call me if you have anymore questions. 708-204-7341.

And running more then 12 to 14". if not sucking in gaskets has been shown to run wrist pins dry and you know where that leads to !

I have a question on this, went to Phoenix this weekend (Good Guys), about 100 miles down there. The evac system sucked a half qt. oil. Seems like a lot to me. I was running 60 65 mph and pulling 8 to 8 1/2" vacuum. Is it normal sucking that much oil? Wondering.

i do not street drive a 100 miles but that seems acceptable to me. you may be able to lessen it by lowering your vaccum a few in. Hg.now or some different routing. My set up pulled too much oil (about 1/2 qt a pass) in a few different locations before I found the right location in my system, now, My catch can will get about a half quart after 10-12 passes

try building a "smoke generator" and use it to find the vacuum leaks in your engine

I have a spare 12an cap. I was planning on drilling and tapping it, and screwing a Schrader valve into it. Screw the cap onto my valve cover oil fill hole, and add air there.

Then connect my nitrous fuel flow tool to the hole in my valve cover for my vacuum gauge, to check the air pressure.

What’s the best way to check crankcase vacuum driving when it’s hooked up to engine and exhaust no pump? Tee it in on vacuum line from valve cover to exhaust or someplace on engine?

Put a fitting in the valve cover and run a line from there to your vacuum gauge in the car.
