No, it's a modified 60lb pump. When I bench tested it with an electric drill the bypass opened at 65lbs.

I have run High ZDDP oil 1400 ppm (15-40) oil for over 35 years with .003 clearances.

Solid Flat Comp Cams Grind. .562/ .605 lift

I'll have to check with my builder when he gets back, (he's racing at the US Nationals from England) but I think he had a Bullet cam ground to Comp 290b specs.
