Default smack talk?

tom S Quote: "John,I hope we get a good field for the N/A race,at least we will see some full passes, more than we can say for most of the blower cars!Tom"

Wow.......that's kind of harsh.

That's what happens sometimes when you start actually making power.

Getting nervous about Stan coming George? Will be interesting to see if you can really claim that Fastest in Michigan crown.

Just happy to see that you might have some local Michigan competition for the race. Nothing More. You going to make it into the 7s if you can stay off the trailer?

Guys, Gorgeous, I have to eat some crow here. After all of my hooplah and talking smack with Gorgeous I have to forfeit the 2009 race and declare George the winner.

I will however still be at the race minus my car, but working with Bill 500 Plus on the funny.

I'll add some details tomorrow.

Dil, that's a bummer- was looking forward to seeing your car again... and a possible "match race".

George, you need to buy my brother's dragster.
Guaranteed to get in the 7's if not the 6's with your engine.

Dragster

Default 6's

Johnta1,
Thanks for the offer but I'm not that cazy about Dragsters (I'm thinking 6's would be a lot of FUN) beside I have to replace my trans.........................I broke the trans (1st gear) today at Kil-kare.

On a side note.........................it did make it off the trailer and down the track and back to the pits uinder power just not very quickly!

I will bet a lb of Icecream with you, Baker that he:

1) Does not have time to fix the trans by Norwalk

2) Stays on the Trailer AGAIN another year

3) Does not have the money to fix the trans

4) Has no reason to bring the car now that Dill is not bringing his car.

""Bla, Bla,.......................Bla, Bla,Bla." (Same old chit every year Little George.)

I am done with this one. Baker you will owe me two lbs of Ice Cream once Little George says he can't make it. You still owe from the other advice I gave you from years ago. (:>)

Tom Vaught

ps Little George, how are you ever going to run in the 7s when you can't keep your "low HP" tune-up from breaking your parts? Suggestion: Spend some money and buy better parts, Little George.

Tom, I bet george will make it.

Dil, George is not gorgeous, his wife is.

Allpontiac finally got to install a part on Georges car. !t will be one of the most important parts of his car.

We had a great time pitting across for him. He kept us entertain all day. I never seen anyone clean a windshield with race gas to get the bugs off.

That's what test & tune sessions are for, so that by the time you get to "the show" that is Norwalk, you'll be able to make fult tilt passes to the finish line.

With your help and Franks help in the deal, the bet is off. You guys know how to make things happen.

I would be much happier to see a race between Stan's car and Little George to settle the Michigan Bragging Rights vs George staying on the trailer again. . I realize that George is on a limited budget, whatever the part was you gave him much have been a freebee or you cut him a hell a deal.

I have also noticed that Gorgeous woman/ Midget deal a few times.

Tom Vaught...I won't be at Norwalk again this year for the same reason the funny car isn't finished yet...money is tight. I'll have to make due on that ice cream I owe you another year, but if you think I'm going to bet you George will stay off the trailer this year, even with AllPontiac's patent pending trailer repellent on his car, you're nuts (LOL)!

I am 50/50 on whether I will make it too, Brian with my Ford work schedule. We will get squared away some day Big Man. Keep working on the Funny, you will get there.

Trailer Repellent, Now that is something that Little George should buy cases of based on previous years history.

I agree with Brian. If you haven't been to Norwalk this is the deal.

I saw your car last year Dill but never made it over to visit with you. Sorry that the car is not coming. I assume you will be hanging with Gorgeous?
