Never ceases to amaze me how people can screw up the word convertible on eBay. Here's a 68 COVERTIBLE that's a really nice car. White/red... awesome. Currently $8900 NR.

And yes, that's nice!
Plus, you're a fool for a red interior. Which is different than a red anterior. |

Here's a 67 with a teal interior... my favorite. It's so different. At $35K it's high, but for a real 400 convert you have to pay for a car like this. Taking offers... nice car.

67 Convert auto for $22K BIN. I doubt you could build this car for less starting with an average car. Red with white int new paint and I really like the wire hubcaps.

68 400 hard top auto. Here's a good example of a poorly listed car that may be worth more than the By-It-Now price of $6500. It's rough, but what can one expect for $6500? Does it have a posi? Disc brakes? PS? What were the original colors? Has bird glass and the original build sheet. Does the "G" "G" mean it was a two-tone car?

G-G means a single color. G is April Gold. if it was 2 tone, there would be 2 different letters. First letter is lower color.

You can get a lot of info from the Body Broadcast Copy.
Box 13 has a P which means Power drum brakes. Box 19 would have had a # if the car had posi rear axle. Box 58 has a R which means regular power steering. if it was a W it would have been variable ratio power steering which was available from January 1968 I believe. |

Wow. This car is worth in parts 3X what the current bid of <$3K is. What block is this? Is it a 67 389 HO?

67 Firebird 400 for $20K. This is an eBay ad that screams clone. It's a nice car, but it doesn't state it's a clone. It doesn't claim to be numbers matching either and no mention of PHS docs. Some might see this as a simple oversight, but I believe it's intentionally trying to portray it as a real 400. It might be, but if it is, the seller should already know this.
