Here's my Formula, pics taken during an HPP shootout, after the '03 DAPA PSN event. Yep - nearly 7 years ago!

It's a turd compared to most of the cars pictured in this thread, but it's a fun street ride, LOL!

Thanks for the props, Adam.

Car looks as if it's on the way to an 11 sec pass in those pics, doesn't it? Pics LIE, LOL!

Truthfully, it's a torque MONSTER, just doesn't have the heads, cam, intake nor exhaust to run much MPH. All out of steam by 5500.

mines the same way. runs 12.7, but 60 fts like it should be a second faster. LOL Its a 400 with a .292/.490cam, stock # 62s. I shift it at 5200, it seems to run its best there, plus the stock bottom end feels safe there. haha.. its got 3.73 gear, and ive tried several converters ranging from 3200-4800 stall. they all run about the same e.t. wise, but the car leaves like a monster with the 4800. It weighs 3980 with me and it 60 fts 1.64-65 footbraking with the loose converter and usually 1.75-76 with all the other ones. everybody said the loose one wouldnt work, and i agree, it shouldnt but it just does.

Yours looks great coming off the line, Adam!

Mine runs a 1.85 60' running a 3.42 gear, 28" tire (P275/60 ET Street Radial), and a GM "L88" converter. Converter flashes to 2800 with my combination - right at my engine's torque peak. Makes for a fun street ride.
