The A052 heads have 'Job 331' hammered into both of them and '25' hammered into one. They were given a valve job by Nunzi in 2000. I wonder if this was Nunzi's way of documenting the customer's units? The invoice did not reference the job number.

Does anyone else have a set of heads that were worked on by Nunzi, or that can verify this was his head hammering goin' on?

And finally a few CODE 24 color shots.

Starting to see some nice contrast between the Code 24 and Code 26 with Tim Burton's '72 'Lucy' 4-speed being finished up in Steve's shop (Tim, don't worry, even though Mike sneezed right after taking this picture, he said it will buff out).

I'm a big fan of seeing the GM sheet metal part numbers stamped in various parts of the car, and especially the lower rockers since in reality this is still sort of part of the exterior of the body and gets exterior color. This pic is included since the Adriatic blue came out so nice in the picture

Don't worry, he has specific instructions to keep adding sandbags till it sits just like yours!

Thanks everyone for the nice comments.

Pepi, I'm sure there will be a small team working on the car in the trailer on the way to Chicago, but hopefully not too much more after she's unloaded

I wonder if they are the original heads? The only reason I say that is $2760.00 is a lot of money for a valve job/ mill for the year 2000. That sounds more like it would have included buying the heads for that money

I can tattoo my name upside down on my belly so I know who I am. I guess that doesn't help you guys much, though.

I have an SR I167 7F6 head that went through Nunzi's sometime before the mid eighties. I bought this head in 1986, and it had been run for at least a few years before that. Attached is a photo of Nunzi's stamping that appears on both ends. There are no other stampings, but I think this head was probably new when sold by Nunzi.

Was going through a few photos today and came across this one. This photo is from a 70 car that belongs to a collector in the Chicago area. I think I might have thrown this out there before but has anyone ever seen a drain hose like this one? Might it be original to some cars? Can't really figure out the propose but maybe this would be correct for Greg' car. Comments please.

Absolutely original and correct Craig. I believe it was designed to keep the end weighted down and also allowed it to be threaded easier down the narrow pathway in front of the engine block. I have the same thing on a 36k mile 70 T/A.

Craig,

I have a shaker from a 71 that looks identical. I posted a thread on it before under "scored a free71 shaker today"

Let me know when you decide to reproduce these, Craig, and I'll buy a couple
