Default Competition Engineering Rear Shocks Setting

What are you guys setting your rear shocks to. I just got a set of CE C2720 rear shocks which have 3 settings 50/50 (regular) 40/60 (firm) 30/70 (extra firm). I have CE shocks on front set to 90/10. The suspension is stock and tires are MT ET Street SS 275/60-15. Looking to improve 60' times.

I ran those with 275 Hoosier drag radials and kept them on full stiff setting. The car transfers weight well for a streetcar and you want to hit a radial harder than a bias.
Got into the mid 1.4 60’ with those shocks. Everyone will tell you that you need DA shocks but these will work if the car is set up right.

TCSGTO, when you say full stiff are you saying 30/70 (30 compression/70 extension) or 50/50. I was thinking setting to 50/50 to give max on compression, which I thought was best for improving 60' times.

Yes, 50/50. You want the shock stiff on compression to help drive the axle/tire into the ground.

Similar to how I set them up for a radial except that you typically want more instant center to drive the tires into the ground on a radial setup, not necessarily weight transfer like you do on a bias slick setup. So I set the shocks on 50/50 not only to give more compression than the other settings offered, but also to keep the extension somewhat loose, the back of the car raises up driving the rear into the ground. I change that action with adjustable arms and different bar angles.

Like TCS mentioned this method works well enough for 4000+ cars to go 1.40's and even quicker on decently prepped tracks.
