Reproduction tires
They make Goodyear and Firestone. Why don't they make Uniroyal?
Tiger Paw is so Pontiac.

Truth
But limited market to GTO's and Cougars ,,,, and maybe a few other strays. There was a style like these that had a paw print between tiger - paw , are ones I remember most in my days. |

My picture is the spare off of the 1973 Formula I just brought home. I know Camaros used them too.

UNIROYAL still avail
I went back to an OE "Look" on my '66 with some Uniroyal TP WW.
They still offer the TP WL as well, just doesn't fit the look I was after.

I like the potential on those Jeff.
Probably way better and cheaper than repop redlines. "could" also flip them in , and use white letter paint on them |

Early Tiger Paw logo
I saved this piece of sidewall way back in the eighties. If I remember correctly, it had a thin white stripe on the other side, and for sure it was on an early 14 x 6 Rally II.

Super Cool In the 80's there was a guy who would come to our annual All-Pontiac show in Greensboro NC and he could "cut & color" redlines into the sidewall of black wall tires. He did it on the spot - right in the parking lot. Never watched him do it , but should have . Guess that is a lost art now. |

Over 30 years ago, Coker did not make a correct size tire for the 64s, 7.50X14 Uniroyals. After getting docked for it, I got with GTOAA and Tiemann. Coker listened and I had my tires for the 93 convention. You all can possibly do the same.

Would anyone run the current reproductions? SO far, I want to stay with bias ply belted. Conversion would be P215/70R14 for a radial. Not available for a lot of tires.

Jeff- have you had any issues with the white walls staying white? Just asking because of all of the BFG Radial T/A letter issues. I'm thinking about going this route, and I see these have been discontinued recently. If I'm going to do it, I need to push the button soon.
