Yeah, agree, Perf RPM intake, converter, and dial the timing and carb in. Exhaust would be beneficial too.

Honestly though, 13s isn't bad for the setup, but believe there is a little more in it.

I agree 13's are pretty good..but I like the OP's question...there is always a little more in any combination. I've been looking for a little more for 10 plus years..fun part of the hobby. ( most of the time!)
