Oil support rail gap
Ross pistons. 4.5" stroker, so pistons have oil ring support rails.
Ross instruction says gap should be minimum 0.010 and Max 0.187. I get 0.384. Is this a problem? Do I have the wrong support rings? |

Who supplied the support rails, Ross?

Yes. Everything came with rotating assembly from Butler. The instruction sheet from Ross says rails are for a certain bore range and they should fit my 4.160 bore. But I dont like that they get way bigger gap than What is recommended Max in the same installation sheet.
