This fell in my lap a couple months ago. Been chipping away doing this and that to it. '72 4 speed with A/C. Original drivetrain and mostly original paint. Blue plate CA car. Its a keeper as good original cars are hard to find.

I'm starting to lose track.
Does that make 3 matching number 4 speed cars in 6 months now ?
And a 67 GTO 4spd Survivor with factory paint

In the last year I bought 2 '70 T/A's and one '72. all are number matching 4 speeds. The 2 '70's are blue. I sold one of the 70's and will be selling the other. I am keeping the '72. And yes.. I bought the GTO a couple months back. Bought 4 cars total in the last 6mos.

95 Impala SS, 1986 442, 1972 Trans Am, 1967 GTO.

The Impala was parked on a side street with a for sale sign. The GTO was word of mouth... when I was looking at the GTO.. A friend of the seller mentioned that a friend of his was selling the T/A and 442.

I have too many cars..

So close to being ready, but the rear seat trim panels may not have been prepped right before painting. There's some flaking off, so the shop is looking at it before they release the car to me.

This was a podcast interview I did with The House of Hotrods in Mansfield, TX about the restoration project:

If that's the kind of thing that falls into your lap, I'd like to borrow your chair.
