Default O2 sensor and display system?

I'm looking for a stand-alone unit to read O2 sensors and either give me a display, or display on a tablet. Is anyone running one that they'd recommend?

I use the FAST dual sensor and velcro the meter to the dash. It allows you to record and playback, good tool to have.
